How do I make a reservation?

A booking for one of our furnished apartments can be made by: calling us on (+352) 27 61 61, sending an email with the request, or using the online booking engine.

What is your cancellation policy?

In case of cancellation, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged. This same amount will be charged in case of no-show. No refunds will be made.

Can I modify my reservation?

Bookings made on our website can be changed by calling our reception on (+352) 27 61 61 1.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment accepted through the online booking engine accepts standard credit cards: Mastercard, American Express and Visa. Payment can also be made through bank transfer by contacting our reception.

Do you provide housekeeping?

Housekeeping is done once per week but can be requested for an additional cost.

High speed Internet access is included in all rooms as well as access in the reception area and throughout the building.

You can bring your pet if you inform our reception beforehand. An extra cost of €12/day applies.

What kitchen equipment is available?

In all apartments there is either a kitchenette or a fully equipped kitchen, able to accommodate cooking and dining for as many guests as are staying in the apartment.

How far are you from the city center?

All 3 residences are centrally located and within a short walk: Belair is 900m (12 min walk) to the city center; Parc de Merl is 1,400m (18 min walk); Limpertsberg is 1,100m (15 min walk).

What public transport is available?

For each residence there are many transport options to choose from. The easiest is to download the mobiliteit.lu app, available on Google Play and the App Store.

Is parking available?

Private parking is available at all 3 residences and must be requested in advance. Street parking is also available and is payable between 08:00–18:00 via the parking app. You will need to add your car registration plate and a credit card (only credit cards are accepted).

What restaurants are nearby?

For each residence there is a map showing nearby restaurants and shops. Please see the Belair map, Parc de Merl map, or Limpertsberg map on our website.

How do I get to the airport?

All public transportation in Luxembourg is free. The easiest way to get to the airport is by taking the tram that goes there directly. Download the mobiliteit.lu app (available on Google Play and the App Store) for real-time routing, or visit www.mobiliteit.lu if you cannot use the app.
