Athénée de Luxembourg and Lycée de Garçons are both within walking distance.

How close is the European Court of Justice and Kirchberg?
Limpertsberg is the closest residential district to the European Institutions. You are a 10-minute walk (or 2-minute tram ride) across the “Red Bridge” (Pont Grande-Duchesse Charlotte) to the European Court of Justice, EIB, and the financial towers. The Glacis Tram stop is just 5 minutes from your door.

Absolutely. We are located near Parc Tony Neuman, one of the city’s most beautiful green spaces, making morning walks easy. We welcome pets in specific units for a 12 Euro daily fee; simply inform our team when you reserve.

Private Parking is available on all the 3 residences and parking has to be requested before hand.
Parking can also be made on the street and is payable between 8-18. Payment can be done through the app:

I recently travelled to LUX for 9 days for a business trip. The location was great, close to the supermarket and restaurants, and it is just a 10 to 15 min walk to the city center where bus station is handy. Walking through the park every day is fantastic!

If you’re moving with your family, Parc de Merl might be more suitable; if you prefer a quieter location closer to embassies and the financial center, Belair is a good option.
Belair is closest to the financial center — ten minutes on foot to Boulevard Royal, with a private garage. Best for short and mid-length corporate stays.
Directly opposite Parc de Merl, ten minutes on foot to the International School (ISL). From 45 to 70 m² apartments and reserved parking — the best fit when the family is moving with you.
