This Duplex has a similar layout than the studios with a wider volume.  The 70m² surface are splited in 2 floors: the ground floor is an open space which includes a lounge area with a sofa bed, an equipped kitchenette (vwith ceramic glass hot plates, a fridge with a deep freezer, cutlery, coffee machine and cookware) with a breakfast nook. You reach the second floor through a real staircase which leads to the bedroom with his adjacent bathroom. This space distribution in 2 levels gives the comfort and independence of a one separate bedroom apartment. With the sofa bed in the living room, this flat can easily host 2 adults
