Booking & Reservations

How do I make a reservation?

A booking can be made by:

Calling us (+352) 27 61 61

Sending an email  with the request:

Using the online booking engine.

What is your cancellation policy?

In case of cancellation, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged. This same amount will be charged in case of no-show.
No refunds will be made.

Do you offer group bookings?

For group bookings contact reception: (+352) 27 61 61

Can I modify my reservation?

Bookings made on our website can be changed by calling our reception (+352) 27 61 61

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment accepted through the online booking engine accepts standard credit cards: Master card, American Express and Visa.

Payment can also be made through bank transfer by contacting our reception.

Accommodation & Services

What amenities are included?

Do you provide housekeeping?

Housekeeping  is done once per week but can be requested for an additional cost.

Is WiFi included?

A high speed Internet access is included in all rooms as well as access in reception area and through out the building.

Can I bring my pet?

You can bring your pet if you inform our reception before hand.

What kitchen equipment is available?

In all apartments there are either a kitchenette or a kitchen fully equipped to be able to cook and eat for as many people are signed up to stay in the apartment.

Location & Transportation

How far are you from the city center?

All 3 residences are centrally located and it is a short walk from each residence:

 

Belair to city center by walking: 900 m, 12 min walk

Parc de Merl to city center by walking: 1400 m, 18 min walk

Limpertsberg to city center by walking: 1100 m, 15 min walk

 

What public transport is available?

For each residence there are many options to choose from. The easiest is to download the app: mobilitet.lu

Is parking available?

Private Parking is available on all the 3 residences and parking has to be requested before hand.

Parking can also be made on the street and is payable between 8-18. Payment can be done through the app:

You will need to add your plates from your car and add a credit card. Only a credit card will work.

 

What restaurants are nearby?

For each residence there is a map that shows what restaurant and shops are close to your residence:

How do I get to the airport?

All transportation is Luxembourg is free and the easiest way to get to the airport is by taking the tram that goes directly.

There is an app that will instruct which transportation will be the fastest and its free to use.
