How far are you from the city centre?

All 3 residences are centrally located and it is a short walk from each residence:

 

Belair to city center by walking: 900 m, 12 min walk

Parc de Merl to city center by walking: 1400 m, 18 min walk

Limpertsberg to city center by walking: 1100 m, 15 min walk

How close is the European Court of Justice and Kirchberg?

Limpertsberg is the closest residential district to the European Institutions. You are a 10-minute walk (or 2-minute tram ride) across the “Red Bridge” (Pont Grande-Duchesse Charlotte) to the European Court of Justice, EIB, and the financial towers. The Glacis Tram stop is just 5 minutes from your door.

Can I bring my pet?

You can bring your pet if you inform our reception before hand and an additional fee of 12 Euro/day

Is the neighborhood pet-friendly?

Absolutely. We are located near Parc Tony Neuman, one of the city’s most beautiful green spaces, making morning walks easy. We welcome pets in specific units for a 12 Euro daily fee; simply inform our team when you reserve.

Is parking available?

Private Parking is available on all the 3 residences and parking has to be requested before hand.

Parking can also be made on the street and is payable between 8-18. Payment can be done through the app:

You will need to add your plates from your car and add a credit card. Only a credit card will work in the app.

How do I get to the airport?

All transportation is Luxembourg is free and the easiest way to get to the airport is by taking the tram that goes directly.
